freezing blueberries

      We have a you pick farm near our house also. I froze about 30 pints one year. The farm owners advised me to just throw the blueberries into a bag without washing them, then freeze the bag.

      You wash the berries when you thaw them out. There was a reason for that but I can’t remember what it was. Anyway they all came out perfect.
