- memeleeleeI really wanted to get this. I went to their page, was redirected to the book page. It comes up ok, but the download button wouldn’t work.
I then tried to download through the offline link after completing the form and received the following message:
‘Sorry. This digital magazine offer or download page cannot be found.’
