According to the FAQ page under “How may I receive a sample of your fragrance?” on the Hermes Paris website as of 8/19/18, you can request samples of fragrances by using the Contact Us form.
Products Select Contact Us lower left of the page
Select email us
Select “other” as subject
As for a sample along with your address in the message box
