I received the pedometer and dvd quite a while ago. haven’t watched the dvd yet but have used pedometer.

I will have to try again later, after filling out my information, I got the following message.

I signed up for this one about three weeks ago. I got the message on-screen saying registration temporarily unavailable but then received a welcome e-mail. About two weeks later, the pedometer and dvd arrived in the mail.

So this offer was still working about three weeks ago.
