  So Bank of the West (only in CA, CO, UT, WY and NV only). Apparantly, only 1 per household and you have to be a brand new customer with them. So, if someone from your household has an account with bank of the west, then you cannot qualify.
  
  Now, you can open up a free checking account (with is completely free) and make 10 online payments OR 20 debit card transactions OR set up a direct deposite of $500 or more. Then just wait for your ipod touch.
