We make all the calls to the hotels and negotiate on your behalf. We also keep track of who is making reservations by providing you a reservation listing and closely monitor your contracted room block. As a thank you for your service we will provide you and your spouse a gift card to your place of registry. This is a free service we provide to you. Don’t wait and find out that there is a city convention in town and cannot make a group block anywhere.
