elf yourself offers to create gifts and holiday cards with your elf images created through the free video. they don’t deliver!!!! i spent $74.00 for holiday cards two years ago and they never delivered the cards.
Worse yet, they won’t respond to inquiries about the order. Office Max also failed to do anything about delivering the cards or refunding my money. The video is cute, but that’s how they hook you.Elf Yourself is a SCAM!!!!!!!

Did you file a complaint with the BBB? On Jobjab or Officemax?
bbb business review of jibjab media inc – general merchandise retail by internet – venice, caif you ordered through their website, your credit card company (or paypal) can be used to dispute the charges.
