In observance of National Library Card Sign-up month, just show your library card from any public library in San Diego at any San Diego area Chipotle on Tuesday, September 16th and you’ll receive a free burrito, bowl, order of tacos, or salad.
This was on a flyer at the library. There’s no timeframe specified and I’m assuming it is one per person per card, but it doesn’t say.
Don’t have a library card? You can get one from any San Diego County library branch. The first one is free to all California residents with California ID and proof of address. More information here: County of San Diego: FAQsLost your library card? This Friday (August 29) San Diego COUNTY libraries are replacing lost library cards for free (charge is normally $2 I believe). Good time to get yours for next month’s free food deal. The county librarys are also waiving fines on overdue items returned that day or put in the bookdrop by the time they open Saturday morning. They do this every last Friday of the month.
