This is a wonderful thing. My son is in Iraq and he says there is nothing like the feeling when they hear their name at mail call. I don’t know if these are addressed to specific soldiers or just passed out but mail from home is special.

This is going to make me cry!

Janice, you are so right about the mail call for those serving in Iraq. A nephew was there when the war first started. At least twice a week I wrote a letter about the weather, news, whatever-helped to make the days pass faster for him.

Small price for me to pay considering all they do.

Our activities commitee at my company is going to have this sent to all our employees – I cannot be grateful enough!! My hubby was in desert storm and he also said the best part of the day was mail call!! Thank you each and every american soldier!!!
