  JoAnn did you try the toll free number from the site? It is 1-800-334-4094.
  You can also go to this part of the site Hope Health Request a Sample
  I have been able to request this from the above link but did have sent to my work instead of home.

  I haven’t gotten my calendar for 2009 but did get on last year in January. Lots of great ideas throughout the month to help with different health reminders.
