      Fluffy Peach Cake
      1 1/2 cup Flour
      1 1/2 tsp baking powder
      1/2 tsp salt
      6 tbs butter
      1 cup sugar
      1 egg
      1/2 cup milk
      1 tsp vanilla
      2 peeled, pitted, and sliced peaches
      In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the egg, milk, and vanilla, mixing until combined.

      Gently fold in the flour mixture until combined. Spread this batter into a lightly greased pan. Evenly distribute the peach slices on top of the batter and sprinkle with a little sugar.

      Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serves 4
