      Marbles would work good. Sand would, too, but it’s far messier if the

      arrangements do get tipped on accident. those glass stones or marbles

      would be my first recommendation, just fill in the container around the

      arrangement with them.

      if you do go with sand, you can get it year round at places like home

      depot, menards, etc, for around $3 for a huge bag. I buy it year round

      here in Michigan for our hermit crab tanks.
