Flat Cupcakes!

      While baking cupcakes this morning for my daughter’s Birthday/soccer game snack, I accidently set the oven to 250 instead of 350. Once the timer went off i tried to save them by turning the oven up for about 5 or 6 minutes just till they were browned. low and behold the flat cupcake!

      we tried one just to make sure they were done through. just as tasty and not even dried out!

      You could frost them and then make Smilie Faces on each one (in colored frosting). Or use chocolate chips for faces…

      I would just tell everyone they were a different kind of brownies. lol. I had flat cornbread the other day, and still not sure what happened.
