While baking cupcakes this morning for my daughter’s Birthday/soccer game snack, I accidently set the oven to 250 instead of 350. Once the timer went off i tried to save them by turning the oven up for about 5 or 6 minutes just till they were browned. low and behold the flat cupcake!
we tried one just to make sure they were done through. just as tasty and not even dried out!
