Fixings for eggs

When I find peppers and onions on sale I buy up. Taking and cutting

them up, dicing for omelets and then putting them in the snack size

plastic bags I freeze. Then when ready to add to omelet I pop in the

microwave to thaw and add to eggs.

You can also add your other ingredients such as mushrooms, to the

freezer mix.
