Fish Coleslaw Salad 4 cups coleslaw 1 cup leftover salmon 1-1/2 cups frozen baby peas, thawed Combine coleslaw and remaining ingredients and toss gently to mix. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
I’ve never thought about adding fish to coleslaw, but why not!? They are served together more often than not, and it sounds really interesting and worth a try. I’m actually sitting here trying to decide when I will be able to do this.
