haven’t spend much time on the computer lately. Too busy looking at houses and neighborhoods for dd.

you need to check out this websiteis seems that if you qualify there is some money out there to help you buy your first home.
none of the realtors or morgage lenders (only 2 banks in our area) seem to know much about this yet since the program only started April 1st.
We’re trying to get them to check on this so we can figure out if DD qualifies and maybe she can be a homeowner instead of a renter. 10,000 assistance and 8,000 tax credit just might make it possible.
She’s working about 60 hours a week right now and doesn’t have the time to do the legwork involved so DH and I are scouting out lots of neighborhoods and possible houses. -
