Festive Party Appetizer

For a Very Simple Appetizer for a party you could Serve guacamole the festive way with pita bread and pretzel sticks.

Just cut the pita bread with a pizza cutter, insert a pretzel stick in the bottom for the tree trunk, spread the top with your favorite homemade Guacamole, then add a bit of chopped red bell pepper to make “garland”

Here’s how I make my Guac

2 avocados- peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 glops mayo
1 T chopped onion
splash of lemon juice
as much garlic as you can stand 🙂

Whiz it up in the blender use a rubber spatula to carefully encourage “turnover” in the blender.
