Process fruit into chucks or smooth, as desired. Mix in whey or starter. Put in clean glass jar, leaving 1 inch heard space. Leave jar lid loose to allow gas to escape. allow to ferment at room temp to desired acidity, refrigerate.
How much of each of the ingredients are we supposed to use? This recipe seems really vague & I don’t really want to waste ingredients unnecessarily. Could you please be more specific on the amounts you use?
