No one asked about uses for leftovers w/chicken, but one of our favorites is to takeleftover chicken and dumplings, thicken the broth a bit, add some mixed cooked veggies (can also be recycled left overs) and put a crust on it- Home Made Chicken Pot Pie! Lisa G.

Pork chops can have the meat cut off the
bone. Use it in scalloped potatoes, add to beans and bean soups. Jambalaya and gumbo. If its just a spoonful or two, freeze it and use it later.Roast can be sliced and served with gravy over noodles. Fake Stroganoff. Sandwiches. Jambalaya, gumbo, as a flavoring for soup.
