Meatloaf sandwiches. Breakfast biscuits. Cube it and use it as meatballs in
your favorite recipes. Swedish meatballs, sweet & sour meatballs, etc.
Pork chops can have the meat cut off the bone. Use it in scalloped potatoes,
add to beans and bean soups. Jambalaya and gumbo. If its just a spoonful or
two, freeze it and use it later.
Roast can be sliced and served with gravy over noodles. Fake Stroganoff.
Sandwiches. Jambalaya, gumbo, as a flavoring for soup.
