1.00/can. We are able to get two meals out of it. Since I have can
and freeze a lot of my own veggies I then use them. Like green beans and corn
on the cob. I sometimes make a pan of cornbread, which goes for two meals

soup beans at our house) and cornbread. My kids love it when I cook
these. Put them in the crock pot and let them cook all day. Easy and
cheap. Sometimes I use the left over salmon patties to make it go farther.
I love getting two meals and only cooking once.
