Here are several 3 Ingredient flourless cookie recipes that are tried & true and taste delicious!
Peanut butter cookies
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
You’ll Need:
1 cup peanut butter smooth and creamy
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips of choice
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take the bowl from the freezer. Using a cookie dough scoop, place 12 balls of dough onto the parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes, or until they set around the edges.
Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup Natural peanut butter smooth and creamy
3/4 cup keto brown sugar
1 cup Lily’s chocolate chips or homemade keto chocolate chips
InstructionsMix the peanut butter and brown sugar together in a large mixing bowl. Add the chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed. Then cover the bowl and freeze for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

You’ll Need:
2 cups rolled oats
3 large overripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat Oven to 350F.Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silpat and set aside.
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until fully combined. Stir in chocolate chips, if using.
Using a cookie dough scoop, form 8 even sized balls. Gently press down on the balls to flatten slightly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until slightly golden on the edges. Remove from the oven.
For complete cooling, place the cookie sheet on a wire rack and allow to cool for 10 minutes.It may be necessary to add a bit more oats to the recipe if the dough is too thin. Sometimes the banana is bigger than expected. You can add chopped nuts too if you prefer.
