      15-Minute Italian Chicken & Rice with Vegetables

      Prep Time: 5 min

      Total Time: 15 min

      Makes: 4 servings

      1 Tbsp. oil

      1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

      3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots and red pepper)

      1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

      2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

      1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing

      heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. add chicken; cook and stir

      until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

      add vegetables; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir

      in broth. Bring to boil.

      STIR in rice and dressing; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 min.

      or

      until liquid is absorbed and chicken is cooked through.

      1 pkg. (14 oz.)Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

      1 lb. lean ground beef

      1 large green pepper, chopped

      1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed

      1 cup Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa

      PREPARE Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package, cooking

      Macaroni for just 8 min.

      meanwhile, brown meat with green pepper in skillet; drain.

      add meat mixture, corn and salsa to prepared dinner; mix well. cook

      until heated through, stirring occasionally.

      jazz it up

      add chopped fresh cilantro to this dish just before serving.

      substitute your favorite frozen vegetable mix for the corn.

      beef bruschetta skillet

      prep time: 10 min

      Total Time: 25 min

      Makes: 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups each

      1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

      2 tsp. oil

      4 cloves garlic, minced

      2 cups chopped tomatoes

      1 can (10 oz.) beef broth

      1 tsp. dried basil leaves

      1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

      2 oz. cubed VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product (1/2 cup)

      brown meat in oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. remove

      from skillet; set aside.

      add garlic, tomatoes, broth and basil to skillet; bring to boil. stir

      in rice; return to boil.

      reduce heat to medium-low. stir in meat and velveeta; cover. simmer 8

      to 10 min. or until heated through. Stir until Velveeta is completely

      melted and mixture is well blended.

      Saucy Barbecued Pork Chop Skillet

      Prep Time: 10 min

      Total Time: 30 min

      Makes: 4 servings, one chop and 1/4 cup sauce mixture each

      4 center-cut bone-in pork chops (1 lb.)

      1 tsp. oil

      1 onion, sliced

      1 green pepper, chopped

      1/2 cup Honey Barbecue Sauce

      COOK chops in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.

      on each side or untl browned on both sides. Remove from skillet;

      cover to keep warm.

      ADD vegetables to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. Add barbecue sauce.

      Bring to boil.

      RETURN chops to skillet; spoon sauce in skillet over chops. Simmer 3

      to 5 min. or until chops are cooked through (160ºF), turning after 3

      min. Serve chops topped with the vegetable mixture.

      Substitute

      Prepare as directed, using bull’s-eye sweet homestyle blend barbecue

      sauce.
