ParticipantFajita Seasoning Mix
3 tbs cornstarch
2 tbs chili powder
1 tbs salt
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs sugar
2-1/2 tsp crushed chicken bouillon cube
1-1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cumin
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into small glass or plastic container, seal tightly and store in a cool, dry place. Makes the equivalent of 3 packets of commercial or purchased Fajita Seasoning Mix.

This is a handy mix size. The recipe I have actually makes a quite a bit more…Although I like your’s better. More manageable, convenient, and probably won’t have the change to get old before used up.

ParticipantYa know, if your recipe (different ingredients, I presume) makes up a larger batch, you may want to consider posting it as a ‘jar’ gift recipe and add instructions;-D
I usually start with manageable amounts for the everyday user and if I decide to give as a gift (as I suggested with your recipe), I just multiply the ingredients to fill the number of jars that I need to fill.
