how about make up, teen dances (special outfits), emergency clothing purchase (I have had to do this a few times when one of my children got sick and we were out, no extra clothes as it was an older child but needed something to wear home), car repair fund, pocket money, money for fundraisers, and garage sale money, hth.

HOW bout wiper blades for the car each year?? they run about $6.00-15

I am the king of budgets and have come up with all sorts of items.
Oil changes are inportant as you mentioned they are a real budget
forget item.
AAA fees,professional licence fee’s girl scout cookies?
Lets think of some more??
