Extra Creamy Cornbread
One 16 oz can of creamed corn
Two 8 oz boxes corn muffin mix (like Jiffy)
1 pint sour cream
2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a 10 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam spray. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or until golden on top.
Let cool, slice in squares or triangles and serve warm.
