I am sorry to disagree but if you have a well and septic, your well will

eventually have to be redrilled and your sewer needs to be pumped on a semi

regular basis or it will clog and need to replace it. This is a cost but not a

monthly cost. You should be preparing by putting money away on a monthly basis

for these things.
