  I don’t, but I am in SE Texas (SE Houston actually). It snows here once every 10 years and about everyone has central air and heat. Some electric, some natural gas – no one has oil (or basements for that matter).

  This might seem like a silly question, but with everyones utility bill being so high, does anyone use the insulation kits for windows, I’ve heard from neighbors that it should be very effective.
