was able to do a bit of shopping yesterday and took advantage of sales (pork, chicken, and found steak in the mark-down bin!), restocking the pantry setting up the plan for the month;-)

Pork medallions with fresh herbs and lemon, baked sweet potatoes, and cauliflowerRoasted asparagus frittata with crispy prosciutto and crusty bread
Spiced brown sugar-glazed ham steak, leftover rotini, and collards
Spinach-stuffed pork chops and leftover sweet potatoesChinese barbecued chicken thighs, rice, and spinach
Creole-style stew (from the freezer, prepared two weeks ago)
nest week — using up the chicken that was on sale taking up space in the freezer…seriously working on a quarterly menu plan…not ready to undertake a yearly plan because of the fluctuation in prices that used to be seasonal;-|
