      Eat food that “remembers where it came from” instead of processed foods. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies and whole grains. No white flour products. Get some Allbran cereal. you should see a huge difference. There is an herbal formual called LB Formula. It is made for consitpation. Getting rid of all that junk in your colon will also cause you to lose weight.

      You know you are right walking is very good ,thats why a dog has to
      go when you take them for a walk I guess it applys tp humans also ??
