      I to have acid reflux. Here are a few suggestions I haven’t heard mentioned that the doctor told me to do:
      Do not eat a meal at least three hours before you go to bed.
      Raise the head of your bed up higher, put it on a blockor something. This keeps the acid down.
      Do not eat “chocolate” ( a sure trigger)
      He wanted me to take Nexium but those are way to expensive,even with ourinsurance! I take Pepcid AC instead.
      As far as constipation, hot tea or Raisin Bran works good for me. Plus I am eating a lot more vegetableswhile trying to eat healthier.I am overweight and have lost 27 lbs. I feel a lot better now.
