I had in CA had it. I had to pay $5 per month for a special meter and

electricity during “off peak” was cheaper than the normal rates BUT if

you used it during “peak” hours then it was more expensive than normal

rates.

So be sure to ask when peak hours are and be sure you can avoid running

dishwasher, washer, A/C during those hours. KarenMO
