The electric CoI had in CA had it. I had to pay $5 per month for a special meter andelectricity during “off peak” was cheaper than the normal rates BUT ifyou used it during “peak” hours then it was more expensive than normalrates.So be sure to ask when peak hours are and be sure you can avoid runningdishwasher, washer, A/C during those hours.
