Yes, in fact we are getting this system in place. We have to call
and get a special meter installed to get on it. My place of
employment was at one time on this and they would schedule running
some high energy machines during off-peak hours. Call your electric
company and see if it’s available in your area, what the price
differences are, and what they call off-peak hours. Thanks for the
reminder, I need to call and find out information on this, too,
though I don’t know if it would save me that much. I don’t do
laundry at home and don’t have a dish washer.
