I have been buying the spiral flourescent bulbs for a while now. I am trying to switch to these completely. I get a pack of 6 at Lowe’s for like 8.00. I like mine and really hope these will make a difference in the light bill.
They are 13 watts I think and replace a 60 watt bulb. The box reads that they are suppose to save $45.00 per bulb in energy cost based on .12 per KWH.My husband said that they take more energy to come on than the regular light bulb. I think he is just tiffed because I thought about it and he didn’t. LOL. He hates to try new things.
