    6 slices Canadian bacon, cooked
    3 English muffins, split, buttered, & toasted
    6 eggs, poached
    salt
    white pepper
    3/4 cup Hollandaise Sauce

    Place a slice of bacon on each muffin half & top with an egg. Season with salt & white pepper & cover with Hollandaise.

    Serves 6
