      Actually if I get heartburn or start to get the acid reflux I eat about 3 TBS of

      plain yogurt. It helps everytime. I also find that if I limit my carbs at dinner

      time I do not have this problem and do not heavy in the evening.

      For acid reflux–take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar anytime you have

      discomfort, this will provide almost immediate relief .

      Eliminate all cow dairy products–if you must have dairy switch to goat cheeses,

      yogurts and milk. It is MUCH easier to digest.
