      1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, plus extra for basting
      1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks-drained; reserving juice
      2 tbsp canola oil
      1 garlic clove-minced
      2 lbs sirloin steak or boneless skinless chicken breasts or
      peeled deveined shrimp-cut into 1 inch cubes
      1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes
      2 bell peppers-cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
      1 onion-cut into 1 1/2 pieces
      1 cup baby bella mushrooms-cleaned and trimmed

      1. Combine 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp reserved pineapple juice, garlic, and oil;
      Pour over meat in plastic zip top bag. Squish around to cover meat completely.
      Place in fridge and marinate for a couple hours.

      After marinating, thread meat, vegetables, and pineapple on skewers; alternating ingredients. Discard used marinade.
      3. Grill skewers; basting and turning; about 15-20 minutes or until done.
