      Pea salad

      30 oz. frozen peas
      10 oz cheese ( cut in small pieces)
      1/2 cut celery diced
      1 med. onion chopped fine
      4 eggs hard boiled and diced
      2 cups mayo

      Rinse and drain peas.
      Mix all together
      Refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavors marinate.
      It is better the next day
