Easy Low- Carb Breakfast Bake
1 dozen eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup water
1 cup smoked Gouda cheese shredded
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup leftover ham, diced
10 strips crispy bacon crumbled
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degress. Mix everything but the cheedar cheese in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a sprayed baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Bake in the oven untill cooked through, solid, and brown on top.
