I came up with this recipe last night for supper when i had ground beef left and was tired of the same old burgers and meatloaf.
1lb ground beef 1 egg chopped onion, to taste cracker crumbs, (enough to hold beef together) 1 can cream mushroom soup 1/2 soup can milk
Mix beef, onion, egg, cracker crumbs in bowl, and make thick patties. Brown patties on both sides. Mix soup and milk, pour over patties. Cover and simmer about 1/2 hr, turning once. Serve with some sauce over patties and enjoy.
I added a little Dale’s sauce (found at walmart stores) to mine, and served with mashed potatoes and corn. You can use the sauce over mashed potatoes. I made a dump cake for dessert. Found this very easy, quick and inexpensive, and my picky eater family enjoyed this.
