1 stick margerine (or butter)
1 jar creamy peanut butter (on sale for $1.00 around here)
1 bag any type of chocolate chips
1 box chex or crispix type cereal
Powdered Sugar
1. Melt margerine over low heat on stove
2. Stir in peanut butter until smooth
3. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth
4. Pour cereal into large bowl
5. Pour melted mixture onto cereal and stir gently to coat
6. Transfer cereal to gallon size ziploc-type bag
7. Pour 1/4 bag of powdered sugar on top of cereal
8. Shake ziploc-type bag gently to coat with powdered sugar
I can get 2 batches of this out of 1 bag of powdered sugar.
