      I usually make a big huge batch of oatmeal (2 c. dry scottish oats)

      and keep it in the fridge. Then we just scoop a bit out, heat it up,

      fix it the way we like and presto! easy breakfast. When the weather is

      cooler I make my own granola and keep it in an airtight container. We

      put it on yogurt, or eat it with milk like cereal, or maybe cut up

      some fruit and sprinkle it on top. I also use it to make a quick

      fruit crispt. Just cut up the fruit in season, sprinkle the granola

      and a little extra brown sugar on top, and bake it. Very versatile.
