You take a paper plate and cut out only the edge making about a one inch wide doughnut. Then you color it green. take bread ties and those plastic eggs, wrap the bread tie around the paper plate ring, twisting a few times, then open the plastic egg and close it around the bread tie.
Do this all around the ring and you have a cute plastic egg wreath for easter
