      Margaret,
      Take the cheapest cut of chicken that you can get.(I
      buy chicken quarters and split them between thighs and
      legs), cover with your favorite store bought or
      homemade hot sauce. Cook on low for six hours. I
      also make “baked beans” in the crock pot.

      The night
      before put in two cups dry navy beans, cover with
      water until water is three inches above the beans.
      Cook on low, in the morning when tender add brown
      sugar, molasses, dry mustard and a little
      ketchup/tomatoe sauce. Saute one diced onion in olive
      oil and add this to your beans. Continue to cook on
      low until dinner time.

      Great recipes!!!! I think I’m gonna do the chicken legs in the crock pot with bottled BBQ sauce instead of hot sauce? Thanks for the quick recipes!
