dry milk & coffee

      I use nonfat dry powdered milk when we run out of cream and it is not time to go to the store. I also have some whole powdered milk-now that tastes really good, almost like half and half. In fact,I think we will start using that instead.

      I keep it in the fridge becasue with the fat content, it could go bad quicker.

      IMO you need to mix it with water before putting it in the coffee. I’ve tried

      it before and it wasn’t good straight. I’d love to hear what others think.
