Dollar Amount for Grocery Budget

To be totally honest, I do not have a budget for groceries. It’s

just 3 cats and myself. This week, I went to the store and spent $37

on the grocery run. $8 of that was my stuff, the rest was stocking

up on canned cat food for a few weeks. I usually spend between $30

and $70 each week, depending on what is on sale. This includes paper

products, cat food, and my food. The amount fluctuates so much due

to stocking up when things are on sale.

Since I’m looking at moving in the fall of 2009, I’ll not be doing

much stocking up this coming year so I should be spending a bit less.
