      1 cup boiled, mashed butternut squash-(Can also use pumpkin or sweet potato)
      1 1/2 cups uncooked oats
      1/4 cup dried cranberries
      1 tsp nutritional yeast
      1 tbsp honey

      1. Preheat oven to 370 and butter a large cookie sheet.
      2. Combine squash with oats, cranberries, yeast, and honey. Mix until well combined.
      3. Scoop out small balls onto cookie sheet. Make sure they’re evenly spaced, approx 1 inch apart.
      4. Bake 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
