There’s nothing quite like a delicious Parmesan baked pork chop. The combination of juicy, succulent pork with the crispy, cheesy coating is simply heavenly. And best of all, it’s so easy to make! Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be enjoying these delectable Parmesan baked pork chops in no time.
Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
1 T. olive oil or 1/3 cup mayo
1 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 C. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powderIn a gallon bag combine the cheese, bread crumbs, garlic and pepper.
Place the pork chops on the pan, sprinkle with the additional coating (if you want to), and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with salad or steamed veggie.
