Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be enjoying these delectable Parmesan baked pork chops in no time.
If you’d prefer to make this into a keto friendly recipe, you can substitute pork rind panko for the Italian bread crumbs and add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning to the PRP.Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
1 T. olive oil or 1/3 cup mayo
1 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 C. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powderIn a gallon bag combine the cheese, bread crumbs, garlic and pepper.
Rub the pork chops with olive oil or mayo and then drop each chop into the bag, shake to coat. Gently press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it. Line a pan with tin foil then spray it with non-stick cooking spray.Place the pork chops on the pan, sprinkle with the additional coating (if you want to), and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with salad or steamed veggie.
