      2 medium zucchini
      dill weed
      salted boiling water
      melted butter

      1. Cut clean unpeeled zucchini lengthwise in half.
      2. Cook uncovered in an inch or 2 of boiling salted water for 15 minutes; Drain.
      3.

      Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dill weed. Adjust seasoning to taste.

      -OR-

      Instead of boiling in salted water, can saute in salted butter until tender, then
      sprinkle with dill weed. Adjust seasonings to taste.

      Makes 4 servings.
