      Dill and Dijon Burgers
      1 lb ground beef
      3 tbs Dijon mustard
      2 tbs sour cream
      1 cloves garlic, minced
      2 tbs dill, fresh
      1/2 tsp black pepper
      1/2 tsp sea salt
      4 hamburger buns
      Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Combine meat with mustard, sour cream, garlic, dill, and black pepper. Form into 4 equal sized patties.

      Season with salt, place onto the grill and cook for about 5-6 min per side. Once cooked, remove from heat and place on a burger bun with desired condiments. Serves 4
